An initial three month trial membership is now available. After your three month trial, an annual membership fee in the amount of $25.00 will be required for continued use of the site and the Notice. The annual membership fee gives you the right to post delinquent accounts and use of the Notice on your website, estimates and invoices to prevent any potential delinquencies.

For an annual fee of $100.00, you will also be entitled to use of a legal demand letter from our Legal Counsel, subject to any conflicts of interest between you and the Legal Counsel. For additional legal services, please view the Legal Services tab.

Step 1. Using the Pay It Up Notice helps the member to collect before he or she is compelled to post the names of delinquent clients.

Step 2. You, the member, is solely responsible for posting the name of a delinquent customer, the amount due and the services rendered. It is then your sole responsibility to remove the name of the delinquent customer after the debt is satisfied in full.

Pay It Up is not responsible for determining any discrepancies in the services provided by you to your customers! It is your responsibility to verify that there was no valid reason for the customer to withhold payment.

It is your obligation to post accurate information and to remove it within three days of receiving payment in full. While we have no responsibility or obligation to monitor or otherwise screen the content posted by our members, we reserve the right to remove any information at our sole discretion.
